Dear Bill,

Thank you for your request for delegation under e164.arpa that we
received in enum-request@localhost on 26 January 2002. 

A domain object can only be created once it has been decided that 
the requested domain can be delegated to you. This decision will be 
made by ITU-T TSB and not by the RIPE NCC. 

I will forward your request to ITU-T TSB for evaluation. At the same
time I will also send it to the public mailing list
enum-announce@localhost for a comment period of 60 days.

There will be some additional information on http://www.ripe.net/enum/
later today that will hopefully clarify this process. I will inform
you as soon as it is available and urge you to read it carefully.
