The Administration of Norfolk Island is the public service arm of the government of Norfolk Island, a self governing 
external territory of Australia. The Administration of Norfolk Island operates Norfolk Telecom, the only full 
telecommunications provider on the island, as a Government Business Enterprise providing fixed line, cellular (gsm) and 
ISP services for the community. This delegation will enable the government of Norfolk Island to conduct trials and in 
the long term, provide ENUM services for the benefit of the whole of the community of Norfolk Island. Please note that 
2.7.6.e164.arpa encompasses Country Codes for all Australian external territories excepting Christmas and Cocos Islands. 
3.2.7.6.e164.arpa specifically refers to ITUT E164 Country Code 6723 which has been allocated specifically to Norfolk 
Island.
