This was due to issues with the automatically generated configuration file which was synced to the monitoring probes. The issue is now resolved, and new data is being collected and processed. It is not possible to restore data for the affected period. If you have questions about data for your domain, please contact . As a result of the=is outage, the RIPE NCC has failed to meet the contractual service level agreement for the service. We apologise for any inconvenience the outage may have caused you. A pro-rata discount will be applied at the next invoice cycle for each subscriber. For more information on the DNSMON, please see: http://dnsmon.ripe.net/dns-servmon/about.html Best regards, Mark Dranse Information Services Manager, RIPE NCC
