Error encontered while quering in whois server...

I have downloaded
the rip-whois-server 3.1.1 and installed it in my network. using SAMPLEDB
supplied allong with it. the server has been installed successfully I have also
loaded the sample database as instructed . but while querying the database i get
error and am not able to query the database using whois
client.
when i do a query as
bellow

I get this

on checking the
riperr log i get the error as mentioned bellow. Can any body help me out to
resolv this issue.
