Change IP range administrative reponsibility

Dear All;

We have a client who have two ranges from our IPs.

The client request that his IPs to be under his administrative.

I think I should create a "inetnum" for his range and change the "mnt-by:"
attribute to be his.

Is this correct? Or there is some other issues to consider?
