Incorrect link in documentation

Hi,

 

I've just found in the "RIPE Database User Manual: Getting Started"
section 2.1 "Web Queries" shows a link to the test whois database as
being http://www.ripe.net/perl/test-whois.  This link does not work (404
page not found).
