[ca-tf] Certification-Policy Proposal - next steps?

Hi CA-TF,

it has been a bit quiet on this list since December, and I'm wondering what
happened regarding 2008-08 ("Initial Certification Policy for PA Space 
Holders").

It's still sitting in the APWG open policy proposals queue, and I'd like
to see this go forward...

Feedback has been given by the community at the last meeting, so I think
we (well, "you", I'm just steering this from the WG chair side) can do 
something here.
