The point here is that we, as the community, need to define what 'it' is (and what 'it' is not). Once we make 'it' an official policy, then the ones who are being paid will do their job and implement it. They (in this case the RIPE NCC) are not paid to write policies. Writing a policy is an unpaid task for community members (but I know that the RIPE NCC will provide assistance when needed) To reduce the time/cost/work of writing a policy, you can try to work with other community members to spread the work. - Sander
