I tried to reply to your off-list mail (the one sent through
broadpark.no), but got

To condense my response severely (since this is on-list), the problem
is a broken - or *severely* outdated - identd on 2001:820::1:201; it's
claiming a Unix user named " jorgen" (note the leading space), here
compounded by its doing sender "verification" callbacks and, if the
message is accurate, user-initiated blocking of all of Canada.
