Note the ridiculously tiny TTLs.

Also, the domain registraion says:

Name Server:NS2.MYDYNDNS.ORG
Name Server:NS1.MYDYNDNS.ORG
Name Server:NS3.MYDYNDNS.ORG
Name Server:NS4.MYDYNDNS.ORG
Name Server:NS5.MYDYNDNS.ORG

"dyndns" sounds as though they're on a very fast-changing address,
which fits with the TTLs.  My guess would be that they are in some kind
of dynamic address pool, trying to speak to the world directly from it,
and that Verizon is (quite properly) blocking their mail because of
that.
