    Talking about forcing "warning labels" for SPAM, why not
    to forbid it in email at all, leaving email for private
    messages, not for broadcasting ?
That would be the end of all mailing lists...
    
    IMHO USENET news are more appropriate for advertizing

Usenet *newsgroups* are rather well classified,
not *articles* in them.

    and nobody will read SPAM if he does not want it.
Oh? Then how comes so many people complain about
spam in newsgroups?
