    I sometimes receive messages like :
      "I am bringing to your attention the following spam, ..."
    but I have no responsibility in the network of my workplace.
    Apparently, people get my e-mail address from you.
You're listed as the admin-c of the univ-tours.fr domain,
and probably spam is either sent from or through a mailhost
within that domain, or spam is sent out elsewhere with an
univ-tours.fr address, even though univ-tours.fr is in no
way involved.
    
    What can I do in order to not receive such messages ?
Check all addresses and hosts in the header; that may give
you a clue.
