Well. ORBS an RBL both arent't really threats until ISPs are starting
to *use* ORBS/RBL listings.

This is very unlikely -- I use RBL on my personal system, and
exactly 2 (*two*) RBL-listed spam domain occured in the last 40 days,
while approx. 16K mails were transferred on that system and
approx. 300-400 spam mails received during that time.

The mail denial is not the part is not where the action is 8-)

Both, ORBS and RBL are a *very* good way to wake up your costumers
without having to do the work.

RBL for its good documentation on the problem, ORBS for their
"agressive pushing" of the agenda.

So, from my point of view, both ways are positive and should be promoted.
