I disagree. The intiative per se, ORBS, MAPS RBL, what_have_you, is
doomed to *SUCCEED*!!! It will have as side effect that soon we will
no longer be able to exchange email in a useful fashion:

o	You will find yourself being blackholed since a single host
on your campus screwed up, maybe only once,

o	You will face legal action since you tried to send mail to
a person without previous written agreement. Or maybe your
organixation/network just be blackholed for this reason.

    etc.

Please folks, don't do this or Internet mail will vanish.

Feel free to blackhole me or my entire network/organization if you
see no other way of making me shut up (ooops :-) but do that based
on YOUR OWN judgement, not on centralized methods that may not have
any un-blackhole facility. And, please let me know what and why and
try to keep some channel open where I can confess my sin.

Then, if we all decide to blackhole *.example hosts entirely, doing
so will create enough noice (since everybody has to be informed) to
hopefully make that action unnecessary.
