Almost every router device has filtering capability
(even the smallest routers do). Yes one can also
	use IP filtering facilities available
for Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, BSD/OS etc. But I feel
that the router which serves their connectivity will itself
be the best place for filters; otherwise one should consider
sugnificant changes to the existing network' design.
