I've seen that used in (frex) party invites, where the bulk of the
recipients were BCC'd but the sender wanted something to put in the
`To:' line and used their own address.  Not the kind of thing I want
to discard really 1-)

[a meta-point: can we get away from the habit some people have of
CC'ing the sender of a message when replying to the list?  I receive
the list and I don't need duplicate copies of responses to my postings
to it.]
