Wrong AS-SET by LIR (inscribed clients long ushedshie from this ISP). Lir not responding to any requests (effectively bankrupt).
Where to write for correct?
(Not built right routes from some providers - delays and losses).
On export / import this  AS  records should not be in the AS-SET of LIR.
