That's not entirely true First off with Spamcop you have an option for some types of reports "don't tell me about this again" (or something like that ) Secondly, if Spamcop lists an IP allocated to one of my customers who haven't done a particularly good job of keeping their IPs "clean", then why would I care if it's listed or not?
