[anti-abuse-wg] DRAFT: RIPE proposal - implementation of an abuse monitor system

Hi all,

For various reasons - allready mentioned by some people - I cannot see
much benefit coming from this proposal.  Most important seems the fact
that it will not solve the problem of ISPs not having/reading/treating
abuse email contacts.

In case this proposal is going to be continued PLEASE make it IPv6
compatible.
