[anti-abuse-wg] What to do when both RIR and ISP don't care?

     Thanks for your suggestion.

     How am I supposed to find the upstreams?  I mean, in LACNIC whois
database, I'm not sure how to get such information:

     And this rDNS, I'm not sure I understand what it is or how to use it :(
