We'll try to do that quickly after RIPE66 (which is going to take place in
May 2013).  Before that is going to be a bit of a challenge.

In essence the questions raised at the RIPE*65* meeting last week are 
similar to what has been worded on the list before - fairness, distribution
of the last remaining IPv4 address, money ("price per /24 or /22").
