I think my terse contribution started the confusion, sorry :-/ My point is that we are discussing how to improve the linkage of resources that are *not* PA in 2007-01. That discussion pertains to IPv4 PI and AS numbers. However, 2007-02 applies to resources that are, in effect, portable and handled like IPv4 PI.
