Transfer of AS Number Registrations

has been completed in 2002. The pages here are for your reference

Group 2: Conflicting records without routing policy specification
What happened to my ASN record in the RIPE Whois Database?
Prior to the ERX (Early Registration Transfer) project your ASN was
recorded in both the ARIN and RIPE Whois Database. Because information
in these records was different, we merged the two records into one aut-num
object. All contacts for this ASN (both from the ARIN's record and the
RIPE's record) have been notified about this fact.
To allow normal resolution of any conflicts that resulted from the merge,
all previous maintainers (if any) have been removed and the object has
been locked and protected by the RIPE NCC with the RIPE-ERX-MNT mntner.
This has no impact on your continued use of the ASN.
You may check your record and associated contacts by querying the
RIPE Whois Database at http://www.ripe.net/db/whois/whois.html
and searching for your ASN in the AS# form (where # is the ASN, e.g.
AS3333).
What should I do if information in the aut-num is incorrect?
The merged object is locked and protected by the RIPE NCC with
the RIPE-ERX-MNT mntner, so you cannot update the object yourself.
First you have to unlock the aut-num object.
How to unlock my aut-num object ?
You have to prove that you represent the legitimate holder of this
resource. Please provide such proof to er-transfer@ripe.net
or send a fax with subject ERX-ASN to the RIPE NCC Registration Services
at: +31-20-5354341.
We may contact you for more information. Once the issue has been resolved
you will get control over the aut-num back and will be able to
update the object.
This will be done by replacing the RIPE-ERX-MNT with your maintainer.
