About RIPE NCC Regional Meetings
RIPE NCC Regional Meetings bring together RIPE NCC members, local governments, key players in the global and local Internet industry and RIPE NCC staff. These two-day events are free of charge and open to everyone. You do not need to be a member to attend.
Regional Meetings help the RIPE NCC learn about the technical, administration and policy issues that affect members and Industry organisations in a particular geographical region. The meetings are also an opportunity for us to gain valuable feedback about RIPE NCC services and activities.
In addition to the discussion of important local issues, attendees are shown how they can influence the RIPE Policy Development Process and the RIPE NCC's activities, as well as how they can take part in RIPE Working Groups.
About the RIPE NCC
The RIPE Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC) is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that provides services to members in the RIPE NCC service region. The membership consists mainly of Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunication organisations and large corporations.
The RIPE NCC also provides services for the benefit of the Internet community at large
including the development and maintenance of the RIPE Database, administrative support for the RIPE community and the development and coordination of member-supporting projects.
