Updates to Agenda
A revised agenda for the RIPE NCC Regional Meeting in Doha, Qatar (17
- 18 January 2006), is now available at:

This meeting is specifically designed to provide participants with a
forum to discuss topics related to IP networking in the region.
Topics on the agenda include:
- A review of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and
the way forward
- IPv4 exhaustion and IPv6 consumption
- Site Multihoming by IPv6 Intermediation (Shim6)
- Internet security and new developments in Internet routing
- The RIPE Policy Development Process (PDP)
- RIPE NCC training seminars on Routing Registry and DNSSEC
The meeting will also feature demonstrations of services such as the
Routing Information Service (RIS), BGPlay and Test Traffic Measurements
(TTM) that help users analyse network behaviour.

In addition, RIPE NCC IP Resource Analysts will be at the meeting to
answer any questions about IPv4 / IPv6 allocations and assignments.
Registration
Attendance to the RIPE NCC Regional Meeting is open and free of charge.
However, attendees are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation
costs.
Registration for the Regional Meeting is now open and will close on Friday,
13 January 2006.
