RIPE NCC General Meeting 2003

Highlights from the General Meeting 2003

Dear Colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting 2003 was held Friday, 5 September 2003,
adjacent to the RIPE 46 Meeting, at the Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam.
There were 81 attendees including RIPE NCC staff.

The RIPE NCC members approved all of the resolutions on the agenda,
including the RIPE NCC Budget, Charging Scheme and Activity Plan for

The RIPE NCC members unanimously approved the changes to the
RIPE NCC Articles of Association. The changes to the Articles of

The members also unanimously approved the 2002 Audited Annual Report
of the RIPE NCC. The report can be found at:

The meeting agenda included the election to fill three RIPE NCC
Executive Board member seats; one vacant seat for a three-year
term and two vacant seats for one-year terms.

The RIPE NCC is proud to announce the following results for the
Executive Board election:

Frode Greisen (three-year term)
Janos Zsako (one-year term)
Nigel Titley (one-year term)

The RIPE NCC would like to thank its membership for the input and
support given at the General Meeting and congratulates our newly
elected Executive Board members.
