General Meeting Registration Amendment

Dear Colleagues,

To date, 45 members have registered for the General Meeting 2003. This figure is less than expected and together with the RIPE NCC Board I have investigated possibilities to extend the published registration deadline.

After consulting with the RIPE NCC lawyers I am pleased to announce that the deadline for meeting registration and registration for voting by proxy is void.

In order to allow the RIPE NCC staff to efficiently prepare for the General Meeting I urge you to complete the registration process as soon as possible. The RIPE NCC will provide a General Meeting registration desk during the RIPE Meeting for late registrants.
