The RIPE NCC Executive Board is pleased to invite you to the RIPE NCC
General Meeting (GM).
We send invitations for General Meetings by e-mail only. However, if
your organisation wishes to receive this and future invitations for
General Meetings by regular post, please let us know by return mail.
The meeting will be held at the Krasnapolsky Hotel on Wednesday, 24
October 2007 adjacent to the RIPE
55 meeting in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands from 17:45 - 19:00.
The GM is open only to RIPE NCC members. Registration for the RIPE
Meeting does not include registration for the GM. You must register
separately. You can attend the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session
during RIPE 55 and the GM without being registered for RIPE 55.
Please complete the online registration form before 10 October 2007.
In the event that your organisation is to be represented by a director or an
employee, e.g. admin/tech contact, the registration form should state
the name(s) of the employee(s) or director(s). If more than one
authorised person is to attend the GM, please specify who is allowed to
exercise the voting rights.
If your organisation is to be represented by a third party, not being an
authorised employee or director, please fill out the proxy form and send
it to us before 10 October 2007. Any proxy sent to us after this date
will not be valid. The proxy form is available to download here: http://www.ripe.net/membership/gm/gm-october2007/proxy.html
