RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2007

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2007 took place on Wednesday, 9 May 2007 from 17:15 - 18:30. The GM was held adjacent to the RIPE 54 Meeting which took place from 7 - 11 May 2007 at the Sokos Hotel Viru in Tallinn, Estonia.

Voting

Candidate members were welcome to attend the meeting, but were not allowed to vote according to article 16.3 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. Members who could not attend the GM could vote by means of proxy voting, as per article 16.4.

Resolutions

The RIPE NCC reports were not repeated in the GM.The meeting could only pass resolutions that had been submitted and published according to articles 15.3 and 15.4 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

RIPE NCC Nominations for Executive Board Seat - May 2007

In compliance with the RIPE NCC Articles of Association, the RIPE NCC called for nominations to the RIPE NCC Executive Board. The two vacant seats were for three-year terms to fill the places held by Janos Zsako and Nigel Titley, whose terms expired in May 2007. Voting for the appointment of the RIPE NCC Executive Board members took place at the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM).
