Axel Pawlik Managing Director		Axel has overall responsibility for the management of the RIPE NCC. He liaises with other organisations and directs technical activities. He is also always available to deal with any customer service issues.
Paul Rendek Head of Member Services and Communications		Paul is responsible for the RIPE NCC Member Services and Communications.
Nathalie Dougall Membership Liaison Officer		Nathalie is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing regional and national outreach to members of the RIPE NCC Association, throughout the service region.
Jochem de Ruig Chief Financial Officer		Jochem is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all the financial activities of the RIPE NCC.
Andrei Robachevsky Chief Technical Officer		Andrei is the Chief Technical Officer of the RIPE NCC. He has overall responsibility for activities, products and services related to engineering departments: Software, Operations and New Projects. This includes technical aspects of the RIPE NCC services as well as k.root-servers.net DNS root server operation. Should you have any questions or feedback related to technical aspects of RIPE NCC operations, please don't hesitate to approach him.
Matthew Williams Customer Liaison Engineer		Matthew Williams is the Customer Liaison Engineer in the RIPE NCC New Projects Group. The New Projects Group (NP) has developed various services that might be of interest for network operators and ccTLD administrators: Routing Information Service and MyASn (BGP monitoring), Test Traffic Measurements (performance measurements), DNSSEC deployment and DNSmon (monitoring of root and g/ ccTLD servers). During the meeting, he would like to discuss how these services could be beneficial for your organisation, in particular the installation of measurement probes. He is also available to discuss ideas for new services that could aid the well-being of internetworking, and the possibilities of future NP collaborations with researchers and/or operators in the region.
Dominic Spratley Registration Services Manager		Dominic is representing the Registration Services Department. He will be available throughout the meeting to discuss service related issues regarding the distribution of Internet resources and is keen to collect member feedback for future service areas.
Leo Vegoda Registration Services Manager		Leo is representing the Registration Services Department. He would like to discuss issues relating to the RIPE NCC's services and the RIPE community's polices. Please feel free to approach Leo if you have any questions. He will be available throughout the meeting.
Andrea Cima Senior Hostmaster		Andrea will be present to answer operational questions relating to registration services. You can find him at the Hostmaster Centre.
Ingrid Wijte Senior Hostmaster		Ingrid will be present to answer operational questions relating to registration services. You can find her at the Hostmaster Centre.
Mike Petuschak Senior Hostmaster		Mike will be present to answer operational questions relating to registration services. You can find him at the Hostmaster Centre.
Rumy Kanis Training Teamleader		Rumy is responsible for developing and organising the RIPE NCC training courses. She will be happy to answer any questions about the RIPE NCC training courses and is keen to collect member feedback and suggestions to the RIPE NCC training courses.
Arno Meulenkamp Technical Trainer & Advisor		Arno acts as a technical advisor to the Registration Services Department and teaches the Routing Registry and DNSsec Courses. He will be available throughout the meeting to answer technical questions relating to Registration Services and will give the training seminars on Tuesday.
Camilla Meidell Conference Co-ordinator		Camilla is responsible for the organisation of conferences, and will be running the Registration Desk at the meeting.
Rob Allen Communication Writer		Rob is the RIPE NCC's Communications Writer.
