Biography of James Seng

In his former capacity as Chief Technology Officer of i-DNS.net, James is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's flagship product, Internationalized Domain Name System (iDNS). As one of the founding members of i-DNS.net International, James has played a key role in the all aspect of the company, from development of the technology, direct its capabilities and implementation, to business development and International Affairs. He is recognized as an international industry expert in the Internet arena, and actively participates at Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and chairing the working group that standardized internationalized domain names.

Currently, James is the Assistant Director of the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore. His team is responsible for tracking Next Generation Internet, E-Payment and Information Exchange technologies.
