RIPE NCC Staff who attended this event

There were various staff members from the RIPE NCC who attended this event.

Axel Pawlik Managing Director		Axel has overall responsibility for the management of the RIPE NCC. He liaises with other organisations and directs technical activities. He is also always available to deal with any customer service issues.
Paul Rendek Head of Member Services and Communications		Paul is responsible for the RIPE NCC Member Services and Communications.
Sabrina Wilmot Membership Liaison Officer		Sabrina is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing regional and national outreach to members of the RIPE NCC Association, throughout the service region.
Andrei Robachvsky Chief Technical Officer		Andrei is the Chief Technical Officer of the RIPE NCC. He is overall responsible for activities, products and services related to engineering departments: Software and Operations. This includes technical aspects of the RIPE NCC services as well as k.root-servers.net DNS root server operation.
Henk Uijterwaal New Projects Group Manager		Henk is the manager of the New Projects Group. The New Projects Group has developed various services that might be of interest for network operators and ccTLD administrators: Routing Information Service (BGP monitoring), Test Traffic Measurements (performance measurements), DNSSEC deployment and DNSmon (monitoring of ccTLD servers). During the meeting, he would like to discuss how these services can be of benefit for your organization, in particular the installation of measurement probes in the region. He is also available to discuss the new Information Services effort of the RIPE NCC.
Dominic Spratley Registration Services Manager		Dominic is there to represent the Registration Services Department. He will be available throughout the meeting to discuss service related issues regarding the distribution of Internet resources and is keen to collect member feedback for future service areas.
Éamonn McGuinness Teamleader and LIR trainer		Eamonn will be responsible for the Hostmaster centre throughout the meeting. He will be available to answer questions, provide advice and help resolve ongoing issues that RIPE NCC Members may currently be experiencing.
Filiz Yilmaz Bican Senior Hostmaster and LIR Trainer		Filiz will be present to answer operational questions relating to registration services. She will also assist Eamonn at the Hostmaster centre and give the training seminars on Tuesday.
Rumy Kanis Training Teamleader		Rumy is responsible for developing and organising the RS training courses in the RIPE NCC. She will be happy to answer any questions about our training courses and is keen to collect member feedback and suggestions to improve our (training) services.
Arno Meulenkamp Technical Trainer & Advisor		Arno acts as a technical advisor to the Registration Services Dept and teaches the Router Registry and DNSsec Courses. He will be available throughout the meeting to answer technical questions relating to RS services and will give the training seminars on Tuesday.
Abir Sarras Communications Assistant		Abir is the RIPE NCC Communications Assistant. She is responsible for registration and assists Sabrina in the organisation of the meeting.
