Paper based on TTM data at IMC

Dear All,

You might want to take a look at a paper by Bamba Gueye et al, presented
at the Internet Measurement Conference 2 weeks ago:

   Contraint-based Geolocation of Internet Host

which relies heavily on TTM data and also shows a possible application of
TTM data.  It shows a method to take delay measurements to estimate the
expected delay when adding a host at a certain location. URL of the paper

And, I know that the paper wasn't submitted and reviewed according to the
procedure.  It is still good read though.
