RIPE NCC is pleased to announce Dan Ardelean's thesis:

Dan Ardelean, student from "Politehnica" University Timisoara in
Romania, worked on a project at the RIPE NCC, where he studied IP
address space seen by an individual peer in comparison to the RIS as a
whole.
