IPv6 entries will currently only be seen in the raw data files from rrc03.  As
there's no "bview.20021128.0800.gz" file from rrc03 I guess that you're
looking at a file from one of our other route collectors.

The rrc03 route collector had its first IPv6 peering established on Monday,
11th November and IPv6 entries appear in dumps from that route collector since
then.
