NOTIFICATION: Keepalives disabled on RIS' peering sessions

Dear All,

RIS Notification:
-----------------

BGP timer settings for RIS BGP sessions, starting from the 17th of
October, 2002: 

* Keepalive: 
	0 (disabled), previously 60 seconds 

* Holddown: 
	0 (disabled), previously 180 seconds

We are taking this action to eliminate the effects of timed-out BGP
sessions on collected data. Please beware that the new settings won't be
effective until the first reset after this date.
