Further to the above.  John Earls, the principal consultant from KPMG
doing the membership survey, asked me to remind you that there will be a
series of open late-afternoon meetings in various cities starting this
Monday September 16, where all interested parties can meet him and raise
any issues that are relevant for the NCC's future.  A list of locations
