Dear Colleagues,

We're pleased to announce that the next RIPE NCC Regional Meeting will be
held in the Marriott Grand Hotel, Moscow, on 17-18 September 2009.


Registration
------------
This meeting is free to attend, although we ask that you register. You can
now register for the meeting online at:
http://portal.ripe.net/web/moscow-2009/registration


Agenda
------
The agenda will include presentations on global and region-specific 
policy and technical issues affecting the Internet community. 
Presentations will be given in English or Russian, and simultaneous 
translation between both languages will provided.
The schedule will allow time for questions and debates, as well as 
generous lunch and coffee breaks during which you can meet and network 
with other participants. Attendees will also be able to meet with RIPE 
NCC staff and other key industry players.

Visa
----
If you need a visa to enter Russia, you are urged to request an
invitation letter as soon as possible. You can request your invitation
letter by following the instructions at:

NOTE: You should request the invitation letter before 15 August 2009.
After that date it's unlikely that you will get the visa in time.
