RIPE NCC members can now register for this meeting. If you have already registered for the RIPE 52 Meeting, you will have to register separately to attend the GM. RIPE NCC Members can, however, attend the GM without registering for the RIPE 52 Meeting.

VOTING AND RESOLUTIONS:
When you arrive at the GM meeting, you will receive a meeting folder that contains your membership status and details of your voting rights.

Candidate members can attend the meeting, but are not allowed to vote according to article 16.3 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. Members who cannot attend the GM but who want to vote can do this by means of proxy voting as per article 16.4. To nominate a proxy voter, follow instructions on:

The meeting can only pass resolutions that have been submitted and published according to articles 15.3 and 15.4 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association that you can find at:
http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/articles-association.html

RIPE NCC REPORTS:
The RIPE NCC reporting for the GM will happen during the RIPE NCC Services Working Group. GM attendees who have not registered for the RIPE Meeting are welcome to participate in this working group session on Wednesday, 26 April 2006 from 16:00 - 17:00 EET. The RIPE NCC reports will not be repeated in the General Meeting.

RIPE NCC ANNUAL REPORT:
The RIPE NCC 2005 Annual Report will be available during the week commencing 27 March 2006. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
