[regional-russia] Invoicing 2006

Dear colleagues,

Just wanted to inform you that today the yearly invoices will be send out.
The quarter and half-yearly invoices will be send out in the beginning of 
December.
There is one important change to the quarter and half-yearly invoices. The 
Billing
Charge for 2006 will be set to zero, so no Billing charge will be added to 
the invoices.

In the course of November we plan to publish additional information for 
Russian registries
on the website.
