Dear Abeer, All,

We where made aware of problems at the Sheraton a few days back. We are currently in the process of relocating the venue. This will not affect the dates of the event. Basically, this is what's happening... We'll hold MENOG and the RIPE Regional side by side as planned, possibly at the Four Seasons

Hotel (to be confirmed over the next 3 days we hope). Rooms have been

blocked at the Four Seasons and more rooms will be blocked at a nearby hotel (name to be announced shortly). We'll arrange for a shuttle from the nearby hotel and from the Sheraton if anyone is staying there and can't be bothered to cancel and relocate (please let us know) to the conference venue and

back.

In the meantime, please accept my personal apology on the situation we find ourselves in. It was outside of anyone's control and couldn't have been

foreseen.

cancelled from the Sheraton hotel and will be taking place in Four Season
