Dear RIPE NCC Member,

The Executive Board of the RIPE NCC Association invites you to the 
General Meeting (GM) of the RIPE NCC membership.

REGISTRATION
RIPE NCC members may attend this meeting. Registration is required. If 
you are a RIPE NCC member and have already registered for the RIPE 52 
Meeting, you will have to register separately to attend the GM.
You can register for the RIPE NCC GM at:

Registration for the GM is encouraged by Wednesday, 12 April 2006.

VOTING AND RESOLUTIONS
When you arrive at the GM, you will receive a meeting folder that 
contains your membership status and details of your voting rights.
Candidate members can attend the meeting, but are not allowed to vote 
according to article 16.3 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. 
Members who cannot attend the GM may vote by means of proxy voting, as 
per article 16.4. To nominate a proxy voter, follow instructions at:
http://www.ripe.net/membership/gm/gm-april2006/proxy.html

The meeting can only pass resolutions that have been submitted and 
published according to articles 15.3 and 15.4 of the RIPE NCC Articles 
of Association that you can find at:
http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/articles-association.html

The submission deadline for proposed resolutions has now passed.

RIPE NCC NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD SEAT - APRIL 2006:
In compliance with the RIPE NCC Articles of Association, the RIPE NCC 
called for nominations to the RIPE NCC Executive Board.
The deadline for nominations has now passed.
