I also haven't yet managed to get it to compile - I've just setup a debian 3.0
box so that I have a system with <gcc 3.x.x on which to play. The binary
version runs fine on the Debian box, which is good enough for my purposes at
present :)
Could someone post a system spec (software wise) that is known to work (for
compiling) - please include distro if possible.
