The TSB confirms that the attached request for ENUM delegation of code 
882 34 has been authorized by the concerned assignee and the delegation 
may proceed when RIPE NCC receives formal confirmation from the Director 
of TSB.

This ENUM delegation is for the exclusive purpose of providing mobile 
telephony services to the few areas of Antarctica where scientists live. 
These numbering resources are to be used exclusively to provide services 
to subscribers in those geographic areas of Antarctica.  The ENUM 
delegation is for MMS use which is a mobile service.

This approval is subject to review and modification by Study Group 2, in 
particular with respect to the choice of Tier 1 registry for the shared 
code 882.
