Dear Sirs,

IE Domain Registry Limited ("the Registry") hereby submits an
application to RIPE in relation to ENUM.

Subject to the condition set out below, the Registry requests that RIPE,
with the approval in writing of the Director of ITU TSB, delegates the
ENUM domain string .3.5.3.e164.arpa to the Registry.

The formal, completed Request Form follows.

In the alternative, the Registry hereby requests delegation to the
registry on a temporary basis to enable them to start field trials using
the .3.5.3.e164.arpa domain. 

Both requests are conditional upon ITU receiving, in so far as is
required, approval to these applications from the Responsible
Telecommunications Administrator for the country code 353 within
Ireland.
