All external services have been restored. The RIPE NCC experienced a major network failure due to a malfunctioning load balancer that has now been replaced. With the cause isolated, a thorough review is being conducted and a detailed report will be posted in the coming week to RIPE Labs.
A load balancer at one of our colocation facilities caused problems to our network that affected several of our services. This network issue has now been isolated and we are analysing the cause as well as related back-end system support. Services are being gradually restored. We apologise for the inconveniences caused by this interruption.
