Delay in email updates to the TEST Database

For most of the day (09:00 - 17:00 UTC+2) there was a delay in the processing of email updates sent to the TEST Database. This has now been resolved.

No updates were lost, but an error in the mail configuration put all incoming mails into a sub-directory and they were not picked up by the mail handling service. Unfortunately there was no monitoring on the progress of an email through the system. This monitoring is done on the live RIPE Database mail service and will now be added to the TEST Database mail service.

This had no impact on any of the live RIPE Database services.
