RIPE NCC members can request Internet number resources (IPv4, IPv6 and AS Numbers) using the LIR Portal.

Direct User

You do not need to be a RIPE NCC member to acquire a small amount of address space. End Users can request independent resources directly from the RIPE NCC. This requires setting up a Direct Assignment User account with the RIPE NCC.
