IPv4 Transfer Pre-approval
Members interested in receiving IPv4 address space can have their request to transfer pre-approved by the RIPE NCC prior to finding another party with space to offer.
Securing pre-approval from the RIPE NCC will speed up the transfer process and means members can enter into any negotiations with certainty that the transfer can be processed.
This pre-approval is subject to the same needs-based requirements outlined in the existing RIPE Transfer Policy. Once granted, this pre-approval will remain valid for 12 months.

To receive pre-approval the member can fill-out a regular "Provider Aggregatable (PA) Assignment Request Form" which can also be found in the LIR Portal.
When submitting the form, members should indicate that they are requesting pre-approval.
