LIR - Do we need to draw up a new End User Assignment Agreement for each resource, or is one per End User sufficient?
The agreement is between two parties: a sponsoring LIR and the End User. A single agreement can therefore cover several independent resources, as long as the two parties to the agreement remain the same.
Sponsoring LIRs sending requests on behalf of the End User should include a copy of the agreement with each additional resource request.
